Program Evaluation Project

This project, which was part of my Masters studies, was quite challenging, but was also a labor of love. We were asked to design a hypothetical program evaluation. To do that, we also had to create a hypothetical program. I worked to create a hypothetical program that could be implemented in the school in which I teach. Control My Growth Initiative is a hypothetical program designed to infuse growth mindset and a student centered approach into every classroom in the building.
